Infrastructure Project Manager (M/F) - Luxembourg

Permanent •  Full time •  40 hours per week

You are responsible to manage the successful implementation of company’s products within the project plan and in accordance with the company’s methodology and clients business objectives. You take the leadership in project planning, resourcing, progress reporting, project team management, troubleshooting and maintain de good customer relations.

Network & Security Engineer (M/F) - Luxembourg

Permanent •  Full time •  40 hours per week

Your responsibilities will be:

For the Security part:

  • Implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information
  • Identify and define system security requirements
  • Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols
  • Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices
  • Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks
  • Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system security enhancement

For the Networking part:

  • Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS, WLAN, 802.1x authentication)
  • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations
  • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
  • Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
  • Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
  • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure

Infrastructure System Engineer (M/F) - Luxembourg

Permanent •  Full time •  40 hours per week

As a Senior system engineer, you will be part of the Professional Services department from System Solutions.

Missions carried out by this department covers a wide range of activities like: Project delivery, Consultancy mission, Maintenance contract, Support contract, Managed services.

 

In that context, you will:

  • Build Infrastructure platforms (Storage, Computing, Virtualization, Backup) based on the design provided by the Presales/Architect team
  • Realize Migration of existing production environments
  • Perform critical maintenance tasks (On-Premise infrastructure, Cloud infrastructure)
  • Review and troubleshoot existing infrastructure
  • Be an escalation point for the Service desk team in case of complex incident (Support level 2)
  • Share your knowledge through hands-on workshop with your colleagues, especially the team in charge of the level 1 support
  • Work closely with our Infrastructure architect to give him feedback from past project (lessons learned) and how to improve our design and migration process in the future
  • Provide advice on migrations, design processes
  • Perform regular technology watch

Senior Microsoft Engineer (M/F) - Luxembourg

Permanent •  Full time •  40 hours per week

As a Senior engineer, you will be part of the Professional Services department from System Solutions.
Missions carried out by this department covers a wide range of activities like: Project delivery, Consultancy mission, Maintenance contract, Support contract, Managed services.

In that context, you will:

  • Build Microsoft platforms (AD, Exchange, SQL,…) based on the design provided by the Presales team
  • Realize migrations of existing production environments
  • Perform critical maintenance tasks (On-Premise infrastructure, Cloud environment)
  • Review and troubleshoot existing Microsoft infrastructure
  • Be an escalation point for the Service desk team in case of complex incidents (Support level 2)
  • Share your knowledge through hands-on workshop with your colleagues, especially the team in charge of the level 1 support

Technical Engineer (M/F) - Luxembourg

Permanent •  Full time •  40 hours per week

Your responsibilities will be:

For the Support activities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

For the Operational activities:

  • Realize daily morning checks on production platform
  • Realize patch management
  • Regular interventions at customers sites for maintenance visit
  • Participate in project planning and realization for hosting and internal projects
  • 1st and 2nd level support and resolution of incidents and service requests as per SLA’s
  • Implement Standard changes
  • Keeps internal and customers CMDB up to date
  • Operates, documents and identifies areas of improvement for 1st level Service management processes (Incident, Change, Release, Config mgt)
  • Provide support for customers remotely or on site
  • Documentation of customers infrastructure
  • Configuration management of internal infrastructure
  • Develop and document helpdesk tool to support SSL Service management processes
  • Escalates as needed to 3rd level, vendors or vertically and keeps track of cases
  • Administer internal Backup services

IT Helpdesk Technician - Luxembourg

Permanent •  Full time •  40 hours per week

You provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.

With a good technical knowledge, you are able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.

Your objective is to create value that will help preserve the firm’s effectiveness and at a high level of security.

 

Your main job functions will be to provide helpdesk support (1st level) and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction in a Windows domain environment. This includes:

  • Telephone support and remote user assistance
  • Basic user training
  • Help users with most common used applications (i.e. Microsoft Office)
  • Prepare, install and maintain end-user devices (PCs, thin clients, VoIP phones, etc.)
  • Maintain MFPs (toner, paper, paper jam, etc.)
  • Configure and deploy mobile devices (BlackBerry UEM)
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings and video calls
  • Create and maintain user documentation
  • Participate in helpdesk database development
  • Monitor the infrastructure and manage warnings and alerting

250 machines Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 et 7 (90% virtualisé).
les serveurs Power sous AIX 7 utilisant PowerVM/VIO (NPIV, SEA) avec environ 100 partitions gérées sous NIM hébergeant des applications et bases de données critiques (Oracle, Websphere Application Server, IBM Spectrum Protect, XFB Gateway, Swift, etc…).
Les baies et systèmes de stockage Open.
Les projets sur lesquels cette personne doit/peut avoir des compétences sont:

Participation en premier lieu à des projets bancaires divers visant l’installation et la mise en place d’applications bancaires, web ou non, ainsi que des migrations de version ou de plateforme.
Participation aux travaux systèmes : augmentation file système, patching OS, upgrade sur AIX, RHEL ou upgrade des applications, installation d’outils tiers, écriture de scripts, mise en place de backup, configuration de monitoring sous Nagios, maintenance quotidienne des systèmes, sécurisation des systèmes, maintenance d’applications bancaires ou middleware, etc..…
