Mission & Vision
Since 1996, System Solutions by Trustteam received as mission to help organizations of all sizes develop and operate solid datacenter infrastructures allowing them to run and develop their business on.
To achieve this mission System Solutions by Trustteam acts as long-term focused trusted advisor and, together with our customers and partners, we design and support innovative technology solutions that improve the quality of business processes through successful consulting, implementation, and managed services.
Our story
System Solutions by Trustteam was founded in Luxembourg back in 1996 by Mr Robert Roux. The main driver behind the creation of the company was the opening of an 'indirect channel' by Digital Equipment Corporation, which opened the market of datacenter equipment supply.
System Solutions by Trustteam started at that time as an 'IT reseller', but very rapidly developed a solid services offering around the datacenter infrastructure. Through its 20 years of existence, System Solutions by Trustteam evolved to become today a 'global ICT partner' for its customers
Around its core business, System Solutions by Trustteam indeed developed a full palette of services, ranging from an online webshop for sourcing day-to-day commodity IT products, up to 'business consulting services', through staffing & recruitment and training services. And today System Solutions by Trustteam is operating its own datacenters to answer to the growing need for outsourcing and 'It as a service'.
Parallel to its development on its home territory, System Solutions by Trustteam followed a natural geographical expansion to adjacent regions: System Solutions France was created in 2005, and System Solutions Belgium started its activities in 2010.
Since 2023, System Solutions by Trustteam has been part of the Belgian group Trustteam. This merger underscores our vision to provide high-quality IT and cloud services. This collaboration offers our clients access to an even broader portfolio of services and a talented team of over 550 employees, spread across the Benelux, France, and Romania.
Our financial stability is warranted by our officially audited status as Level 1 PSF (Professionnel du Secteur Financier) in Luxembourg.
