Information Security Officer (M/F) – Luxembourg - Luxembourg

Permanent •  Full time •  40 hours per week

As the IT Security Officer at System Solutions, you will be integral in overseeing and enforcing our IT security policies and procedures. Your role will focus on ensuring that our operations align with regulatory requirements, particularly following the ISO27001 framework.

Your responsibilities, will be:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures using industry standard practices (ISO27001, NIST2, PSFs standards and other regulatory frameworks).
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with IT security standards.
  • Collaborate with different departments to integrate GRC practices into their operations.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance officer to produce Customer/Supplier risk assessment
  • Ensure that security policies and directives are consistently applied
  • Manage and report on the effectiveness of risk management activities and compliance.
  • Keep abreast of the latest regulatory changes and industry best practices.
  • Provide advice and assistance to management concerning information security, privacy, and related matters
  • Provide training and support to staff on GRC-related matters like security awareness.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Support the company’s incident response plans

Technical Director (M/F) – Luxembourg - Luxembourg

Permanent •  Full time •  40 hours per week

The role is to ensure that the various business activities of the technical department run smoothly.

The main objective is to ensure that high-quality IT services are delivered to customers smoothly and efficiently, while keeping costs under control.

The second objective is to guarantee the smooth running of the various teams that make up the department by ensuring that staff can carry out their day-to-day work under the best possible conditions.

In that context, you will:

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department's business activities
  • Supervise all the services that make up the technical department
  • Support the department's various team leaders where necessary
  • Work actively with the sales and pre-sales teams to identify and resolve any sticking points
  • Work with team leaders to anticipate short- and long-term staffing needs based on fluctuations in demand for services and business objectives.
  • Work with the Human Resources department to define staffing requirements, and participate in the recruitment and selection process.

IT Project Manager (M/F) - Luxembourg

You are responsible to manage the successful implementation of company’s products within the project plan and in accordance with the company’s methodology and clients business objectives. You take the leadership in project planning, resourcing, progress reporting, project team management, troubleshooting and maintain de good customer relations.

Network & Security Engineer (M/F) - Luxembourg

Permanent •  Full time •  40 hours per week

Your responsibilities will be:

For the Security part:

  • Implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information
  • Identify and define system security requirements
  • Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols
  • Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices
  • Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks
  • Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system security enhancement

For the Networking part:

  • Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS, WLAN, 802.1x authentication)
  • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations
  • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
  • Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
  • Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
  • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure

Application System Engineer (M/F) - Luxembourg

Permanent •  Full time •  40 hours per week

As a Senior system engineer, you will be part of the Professional Services department from System Solutions by Trustteam.
Missions carried out by this department covers a wide range of activities like: Project delivery, Consultancy mission, Maintenance contract, Support contract, Managed services.

In that context, you will:

  • Build Infrastructure platforms (Storage, Computing, Virtualization, Backup) based on the design provided by the Presales/Architect team
  • Realize Migration of existing production environments
  • Perform critical maintenance tasks (On-Premise infrastructure, Cloud infrastructure)
  • Review and troubleshoot existing infrastructure
  • Be an escalation point for the Service desk team in case of complex incident (Support level 2)
  • Share your knowledge through hands-on workshop with your colleagues, especially the team in charge of the level 1 support
  • Work closely with our Infrastructure architect to give him feedback from past project (lessons learned) and how to improve our design and migration process in the future
  • Provide advice on migrations, design processes
  • Perform regular technology watch

Senior Microsoft Engineer (M/F) - Luxembourg

Permanent •  Full time •  40 hours per week

Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for Microsoft Cloud solutions? Are you skilled in managing Office 365 and Azure environments? Do you excel in deploying and maintaining Microsoft operating systems, both server and client, across all supported versions? Are you experienced in working with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (all supported versions), and Microsoft SQL Server (all versions and builds)?

Our company is actively looking for talented System Engineers to join our team of Microsoft Cloud experts.

As an experienced System Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Cloud solutions for our clients.

You will be part of the Project team of System Solutions. This team carries out mission covering a wide range of activities like: Project delivery, Consultancy mission, etc.

In that context, you will:

  • Implement IT platforms based on the design provided by the Presales team.

System Administrator (M/F) - Luxembourg

As a System Administrator, you will be part of the Operations department of System Solutions by Trustteam.
Missions carried out by this department covers a wide range of activities like: Project delivery, Consultancy mission, Maintenance contract, Support contract, Managed services.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
